PRIVATE EVENTS

Host a wedding shower, rehearsal dinner, graduation party, corporate event, or something else in our Tasting Room!

 

We’ll open our doors exclusively for your private event Sunday - Friday. We seat approximately 45 guests, but can accommodate standing parties of 70+. We require:

  • $100/hour Venue Rental Fee; paid at time of reservation.
     

  • $100 Base Labor Charge: This includes up to 2 Tasting Room staff members for your event. Please budget for (up to) 1.5 additional hours for prep and post-event clean-up.
     

  • Cost of items purchased ($500 minimum may apply).
     

  • 25% minimum gratuity,
     

  • $12/hour per additional staff member if needed. (Per headcount / needs)
     

  • Catered food items, decor and entertainment are welcomed.
    We will gladly make arrangements for you. Please discuss any such items in advance with your Event Manager.
     

  • Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately.
     

  • Special activities requiring additional set-up may incur a $2/guest fee.
     

  • FDV reserves the right to charge an additional refundable damage deposit
    of up to $500 at management's discretion. Renting parties accept responsibility for any damage caused by their guests. Any guests (or hosts) failing to comply with reasonable Tasting Room rules will be asked to leave. Refunds will not be provided.
