Your placement of an order indicates understanding
and approval of the following shipping procedures.
Please provide your date of birth when placing an order. Your package will deliver via UPS Ground, and it must be signed for by someone over the age of 21. Three (3) delivery attempts will be made by the carrier (UPS). If the intended receiver (or someone who meets the criteria on the receiving end) is unable to sign for the delivery—after three (3) attempts—the package will be returned to FDV, and shipping fees will not be refunded. Refunds are not available on previously shipped wines. If the package needs to be re-sent, the shipper or receiver will be required to pay for additional shipping fees. Please note: In our experience, business addresses are better choices for wine shipments, as the receiver is less likely to miss acceptance of their delivery.
*** If the receiver anticipates being unable to receive this package, they may contact UPS to arrange to pick it up at a nearby UPS store/location within five business days, per UPS policy.
If a package is proven lost or damaged, FDV will be happy to replace the shipment and file a claim with UPS. If a customer indicates that they have not received a shipment, but UPS provides proof of delivery acceptance signatures to FDV, the customer should file a claim with UPS and request reimbursement directly from UPS.
